Third Rate Productions is hosting their very first script writing competition! Be sure to read all the rules. Submitted scripts that do not abide by the posted rules will be disqualified!

The theme for this competition is - Valentine's Day!
Scripts can be sexy, saucy, steamy, break up, make ups, just friends... Use your imagination!
There is a five (5) page limit your script (not including title page and character page)
Do your best to adhere to playwriting format as it affects the page limit
No more than 3 characters in the script - no exceptions!
Title page must include contact information, otherwise how am I going to get ahold of you?
Prize will be a gift card to a restaurant and a dozen roses (for Valentine's Day)

Will accept script form only:

Scripts should take approximately 5 minutes when read aloud

Prize will be announced no later than February 14, 2024, winner may be contacted ahead of time
Prize is as stated and will not be traded for cash or cash value
Scripts will be chosen via our reading committee
Top three will be read radio theater style complete with sound effects and posted across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn) leading up to Valentine's Day
The public will be asked to vote on their favorite
Top prize will go to the script with the most votes - go vote across all platforms!
Prize will be delivered after all votes are counted
Prize delivery may be filmed and posted online
