Third Rate Productions was born out of the idea that making short films and videos should be available to anyone without letting the constraints of a budget, equipment availability, software, scripts, etc. stop you. It is our goal to produce short films, industrial videos, and full-length films using as much local talent as possible. We have found that the arts is a close-knit community full of fantastic, generous, and able-bodied people. Third Rate Productions believes that nothing should stand in the way of big dreams. There is always a way to produce films you want to see utilizing the talent and resources available to you. The mission of Third Rate Productions is to bring small town dreams to the big screen by using local energy and resources whenever and however possible.
